Working out makes you feel good, and is a great stress buster after a hectic day at the office. Working out releases endorphins in your brain which is a hormone that fights stress and makes you feel happy. Moreover, it keeps you fit to stay on top of your life every day of every month.   1. Bodyweight Workout

Body weight exercises are said to be one of the fastest ways to get in shape, also it delivers the results way faster than any other conventional form of gyming. Moreover, even the simplest of all body weight workouts are so intensive that they put focus on almost all of your body’s core muscles. If you want to be healthy and fit there is no better way to achieve it than starting from an intense and result oriented body weight workout routine.

4) Abs Workout

Everybody wants that flat stomach and a sculpted set of abs. Your abs, or abdominal muscles, comprise of a strong sheet of muscles that covers your abdomen and is split into segments. Low body fat and strong abdominal muscles help you flaunt that highly sought after six pack abs. It is important to build up and strengthen your abdominal muscles by targeting them specifically.
